Personal Profile
Richard has worked on projects for local and national government in Wales and enjoyed direct contact with business clients and all sectors of the public – and occasionally with politicians!
Much of Richard’s work has been directed at ‘changing behaviour’ – whether of individuals in their daily lives or of organisations in their general practices. Policy development within organisations that recognises the overlap of social, economic and environmental factors is a key area of interest.
Richard lives in Porthcawl, south Wales, is married, a father of three and pursuer of a ‘convivial society’, believing that we should all enjoy the key factors to a happy and sustainable future: a clean and healthy environment; business that benefits people and planet; and a sharing of common experiences with others (have some fun!). Personal interests include seaside walks with the family, cooking, movies, philosophy, religions, socialising and music.
